White tea
From the Namring plantation, one of the oldest and largest in Darjeeling, founded in 1855, this true gem is grown in the upper part of the estate, at an altitude of between 1,500 and 1,700 metres. Produced from the youngest and most delicate buds and leaves, this tea undergoes minimal processing to preserve its silvery appearance and naturally sweet character. The result is a refined infusion that embodies purity and all the expertise of the artisan tea maker.
Extremely delicate, best enjoyed with fresh cheeses or milk cream-based desserts.
