Is there a minimum amount for submitting an order?
There are no limits regarding the amount of the order.

Can an order be cancelled?
It is possible to delete or modify an order by contacting our customer service (by sending an email to: boutique@laviadelte.it or by sending a fax to +39 055 2094052).
To see the status of the order just log in to Restricted Area, and go to the order summary page.

What can I do if an item I would like to purchase is not available in your range online?
If a product is not available to purchase on laviadelte.com, you can email boutique@laviadelte.it

How long does it take to deliver the ordered goods?
If the product/s you have ordered are in stock in the warehouse, it/they will be delivered to the courier within the 7 days following the completion of your order. If the product/s is not in stock, you will be contacted directly (by e-mail or by phone) by one of our staff who will inform you of the maximum time required for the restocking of the product/s you have ordered.

What should I check on my order’s delivery?
When the courier makes the delivery you should check:
  • That the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with and complies with the standard features of a package;
  • That the number of parcels (packages) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number delivered;
    In case of non-conformity of the parcel, please contact us immediately by e-mail at boutique@laviadelte.it.
    NB: Any complaints must be made immediately and first of all to the courier, otherwise we are obliged to consider the goods as correctly delivered. If the package proves to be damaged or has been tampered with, remember to write on the courier’s delivery note “accepted conditionally, subject to checking the condition of the contents”. Without this wording, we cannot under any circumstances accept complaints for damaged material.

    Can you deliver the goods to an address different from that of the purchaser?
    Yes, for us it does not matter what the delivery address is. The only thing we do request is to have a telephone number for the addressee so that we can programme the delivery with the courier.

    What documents accompany the goods?
    The goods travel without documents.
    You can ask for an invoice, but UE DESTINATION ONLY.
    If you would like to receive an invoice, please return your order from your reserved area after payment to provide your billing information. This option is only possible as long as the order has been "confirmed". Once taken over by the system will no longer be possible to request invoices.

    How can I track my order?
    Once the order has been processed, customer service will send an email to confirm the despatching item and check the order status by logging in to the restricted area.
    If the goods have not been delivered within 72 hours of the notice, contact Customer Service by writing to boutique@laviadelte.it or by telephone at (0039) 055 2094076 from 11 am to 1:30 pm.

    I want to send a gift, and I don’t want the recipient to know how much I paid
    The goods travel without documents. If you are requesting an invoice, we can send the invoice at your request separately from the package to your address.

    In which countries do you deliver?
    All deliveries are made by Corriere Bartolini, and deliveries to mailbox addresses cannot be accepted.

    How can I view my order summary?
    To view your order summary correctly, all you have to do is access to My Personal Orders section, and providing your registration details (e-mail and password).

    How can I exercise the right to withdraw?
    SNAK Srl –La Via del Tè acknowledges the customer’s right to withdraw as laid down in current legislation. The deadline for availing of this right is 10 days as prescribed by law, within which time the customer is bound to communicate his or her intention to us by registered letter with proof of receipt (address: Via Ponte a Iozzi 8/1, 50123 Impruneta (FI) - Italy) and also to forward the goods to us at the same address within the same deadline (10 days) According to the law, La Via del Tè will provide you with the terms and conditions that will be agreed upon with the customer, to the refund of the payment paid or to the replacement with another product.

    Yes, all the prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT.

    Which forms of payment are accepted?
    You can pay online simply and conveniently using credit cards (Carta SI, Visa, Mastercard) and prepaid cards such as PostePay, MyBank wire transfer, CartaFacile and PayPal.

    Is it possible to pay cash on delivery with a cheque?
    No. We accept only payment online using a credit card or prepaid card.

This ensures that the data are encrypted at the maximum security level and processed exclusively within the banking circuit. The server performs a check on the credit card number in an automated manner and is protected from all human sight. Not even laviadelte.it is informed of its customer's credit card details!

    How do you guarantee my security?
    The payment for your purchases online using a credit card is completely safe and protected. This operation is not managed by the laviadelte.it server but directly by Banca Sella. All the personal information and credit card details transit via a secure server using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for the complete protection of your data. The computer systems on the Banca Sella server carry out a check on the credit card number in an automated manner and are protected from all human sight. The cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, and PAYPAL. Remember: carrying out credit card transactions via the internet is much safer than giving your credit card number over the phone. Alternatively, for those who do not have a credit card or prefer not to use it, we also accept prepaid cards.
