Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 tsp of Matcha Izuki
  • 200 ml of soy milk (or any other milk)
  • 30 gr of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of honey

    Dissolve the Matcha tea in the warm milk and mix until a lump-free mixture is obtained. Combine the matcha milk, honey and chia seeds in a bowl, stirring with a spoon. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours. Decorate as you like with granola, fresh fruit, chocolate flakes, and coconut flakes.
