Taiwan Tung Ting

The original plants from which the first cultivation on the island began, were taken from plants original of the Wuji mountains, in Fujian, the Chinese province facing Taiwan. It undergoes a slight oxidation (max. 20%) process and is close to the delicate taste of some green tea. The site from which takes its name is that of cultivation, the mountain Tung Ting (Dong Ding or, namely Peak frozen) in the region of Nantou. Hand-made fine plucking, of two leaves and one bud.

Color: Straw Yellow
Flavour: Velvety, Floral, Vanilla And Gardenia Notes, Soft

2/3 gr x 200 cc. mineral water at a temperature of 80°C. Infusion time 3 minutes maximum
