100 Grams Tin
One of the best Chinese black tea, Keemun is produced in Anhui Province, famous for bamboo forests and the mild and humid climate. It was a civil servant suddenly unemployed, Yu Quianchen, to fine-tune the process in 1875. Valued for the distinctive floral aroma reminiscent of rose and orchid, Keemun produced a soft, slightly astringent red infusion, with notes of cocoa and a fruity flavor that makes it referred to as the “Burgundy” of teas.
