Black Jasmine is a fascinating and rare tea: it is a black tea scented with jasmine flowers, combining the depth and body of a black tea with the floral delicacy typical of jasmine. Unlike the much more common Jasmine Green Tea, this is made with oxidised leaves, creating a warmer, more sensual and enveloping aromatic profile.

2,5 g each 200 cc of natural mineral water at a temperature of 90°C. Infusion time 3 minutes.
Black tea (China), Jasmine Flowers 0,5%
The fragrance is completely natural, obtained by blending fresh jasmine flowers in several stages (as in jasmine green tea). The black tea is produced according to the orthodox method, stored and then scented by natural absorption: the fresh jasmine flowers are mixed with the tea in layers and left to rest for hours, before being removed and replaced with new ones in several cycles.
