Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
2g of matcha powder
5/6 strawberries
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 glass of ice
200ml your choice of milk

Preparation:
Combine frozen strawberries and sugar, then blend until smooth. Spoon one serving of the purée into the bottom of a tall glass and level. Gently add ice cubes on top. In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Pour in hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until dissolved and slightly foamy on top. Slowly pour in a thin stream directly onto the ice and top with matcha layer.
