Matcha Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 80 g of corn kernels
  • 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha
  • Salt or sugar

    Heat the oil in a pan and add the corn kernels, cover and cook over medium heat. After a couple of minutes, you will hear popping and when the noise starts to decrease, turn off the heat. Transfer the popcorn to a paper bag, add salt or sugar. Distribute the Matcha tea through a strainer, shake the bag to mix everything and serve.
