An absolute Chinese specialty, limited production, considered one of the best green tea. Harvested during spring only, the first day of the Gu Yu season, and the real production area is Taiping County. Gems and a leaves are perfect and long, worked by incredible expertise, they are elegant and flattened form thanks to robust cotton cloths used to crush the tea, as in a press, against the walls of the great wok during the first heat drying (you could see the texture of the cotton on the leaves. Taste scent are unequalled. Sometimes the name is translated as: The king of taiping monkeys.
