  • 1 teabag of Ginger Lemon Herbal Tea (or 2.5 g of loose tea)
  • Cinnamon
  • Ground turmeric
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Lemon
  • Pure maple syrup (or honey)

    Brew the herbal tea in a teapot or in a teacup. Steep for 6-7 minutes. Remove the teabag, add cinnamon, turmeric and cayenne to taste. Stir well, adding a slice of lemon and the maple syrup (or honey).
