1961 Cocktail

For the 1961 tea flavored gin:

25 gr. of tea 1961

0.50 cl of gin
For the cocktail (for one person):

2 shots of 1961 tea flavored gin:

juice of 1 lime + 1 slice

1 shot of sugar syrup

Ice
Prepare the 1961 tea flavored gin by infusing the tea in the gin for 20 minutes, strain and transfer into a bottle. Put some ice cubes in a Martini glass to cool it, then discard it. Pour the lime juice and the other ingredients into the shaker, add the ice and shake well.
Pour into the Martini glass. Garnish with the slice of lime.
