According to legend Cosimo I de’ Medici, the first Grand Duke of Tuscany, erected the Boboli Gardens behind Palazzo Pitti for the much beloved wife Eleanora. Among the rare flowers and fruits that grew in the park was the Bizzarria, a crossing between citron and orange whose fragrance we have recreated for this citrusy blend.
As dutiful tribute to Florence and some of it’s priceless art treasures La Via del Tè has created six fragrant blends, the result of a painstaking research on facts, personalities, food and legends of the Renaissance, of which the city is the symbol.
