Korean Green Bio

A very good spring harvest,a real treat of Korean production. Composed by small hand-picked leaves and shoots between Gogu (around April 20) and Ipha (the beginning of summer around May 5) and a bit curled up. Blooming meadow fragrance and a velvety texture remembering some Japanese teas such as Gyokuro or Shincha for the aroma. The cup reveals some unique features, including the extremely velvety texture. Perfect for green tea lovers, an absolute specialty.

2/3 gr.in 200 cc. of natural mineral water at 75/80°C temperature. Infusion time is 2/3 up to minutes.
