Earl Grey Chocolate dipped strawberry

Ingredients (two servings):

  • 10 g of Earl Grey Imperiale tea (or 1 teabag)
  • 50 g Dark Chocolate
  • 6 large Strawberries

    An excellent dessert, a must for Valentine's Day or whenever you want to surprise your loved one with a touch of romance.
    Make a strong black tea by steeping it for 4 minutes in 150 ml of water at 90 °C. Cut the chocolate into small pieces, and melt it in a bain-marie together with tea, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
    Cut the strawberries into heart shapes, arrange them on a wooden skewer and dip half the berry in the melted chocolate. Serve as soon as the chocolate firm up.
