Black tea (Colombia)

Colombia is known to most people as the land of coffee. However, high above the western slopes of the Andes in the Cumbre region, at an altitude of more than 1,800 metres in an area rich in biodiversity, there are lush gardens that give rise to extraordinary teas, hand-picked according to the principle of 'two leaves and a bud' and carefully produced. Tea is grown in rich volcanic soils that favour the natural luxuriant flourishing of the tea plants.

It goes well with chicken salads, fruit salad, melon, baked fish, plain biscuits
